Getting to The Central Park Boathouse

The Boathouse is located in the center of Central Park. The park will be closed to traffic during our event.

The Boathouse Trolley from Fifth Avenue into Central Park
The Boathouse Trolley will shuttle guests from two locations on Fifth Ave. to the event at approximately 15-minute intervals. NYPIRG staff will be assisting guests at both locations.
• 72nd St. and Fifth Ave.
• 80th St. and Fifth Ave. (near the Metropolitan Museum garage)

To Fifth Ave. via subway
Take the 6 train to 68th St, Hunter College. Walk northwest to 72nd St. and Fifth Ave., where you can wait for the Boathouse Trolley.

Parking near Fifth Ave.
Small parking garages may be found as close as 72nd and 73rd off Fifth Ave., but The Boathouse suggests using the Metropolitan Museum garage at 80th Street and Fifth Avenue — it's large and open 24 hours. Wait for The Boathouse Trolley at one of the locations listed above.
