Submitting Public Comments

The state provides three main avenues for the public to comment on proposed regulations: electronic (email), postal service and public hearings. DEC must receive comments on this proposal by Friday, October 20th to be considered in the rulemaking. All written testimony needs to reference "the proposed addition of Part 246 to Title 6 NYCRR."
